Entirely CMO/CDMO contract work with no in-house projects. Besides a few projects that have demanding clients there are relatively flexible timelines. Trying to expand but refuse to pay and provide quality benefits to current staff and are always low-balling prospective candidates for open positions.an example; currently working here for 1.5 years and the health insurance costs have increased three times because of my entrance cycle. Each increase to me as a single adult also comes with decreased coverage.Job security is great because they struggle to provide an environment that promotes staying longer than two years so they really need the staff who are there to stay on.Little to no advancement opportunities unless a manager quits. They are looking to expand and "provide new career opportunities" but never illustrate what that means. Every employee is a college graduate of some type and we are all smart enough to understand when upper management blatantly lies and avoid questions
