Not a bad place overall. Pretty good benefits, but the pay isn’t great. Also not a ton of opportunity for growth in Memphis. Management is good in my area.

RJ used to be a good place to work, but the way upper management has changed (by unworthy promotions and external hires), quality of work has drastically reduced!People are leaving because of being underpaid, below par benefits and lack of upward mobility. How can you trust a company when CEO promises that there will not be a layoff and then just in a month, they lay off 500+ people!

ok place to work, management can be bad, decent benefits, somewhat flexible schedule, lower pay rate compared to current market, depending on management can be micro managed culture or not. need to re-invent yourself to stay current or you could lose your role/job.

Raymond James is mid sized firm with a family style culture. It is good to retire and settle down but really bad for career growth.Compensation is not that great as well compared to other financial services firms and conservative mentality in terms of technology.Very old legacy stack.
