Good Culture, but poor execution.
I worked the Front Desk for years. We would have culture meetings, but after corporate left we'd go back to a disconnect. They need to pop in on their hotels more and check on their investments.
My general manager was crazy. I had to get outta there. Me and 2 other people left. We are ALL managers at our own properties now.
Growth is not happening - more... within unless you have a Bachelor's or if you kiss enough hiney...
I knew I had to leave to grow. They want to over work you and under pay you. Its sad they lost all those potential people bc of how bad they pay their desk agents. - less
