There is no driver training, not even safety training. The supervisors know very little about trucking and are not qualified to train so it’s not done.

Depending upon start date, during the first year of full time employment an associate gets 2 weeks of vacation.. In addition associates have the option to purchase an additional week of vacation. Depending upon the hire date, an associate could have up to 3 weeks of vacation their first year. If the additional purchased week is not used, the remaining days will be paid back to the associate at the end of the year.
