Quit hiring managers who don't know what they are doing. The managers are getting paid well so they are protecting their jobs by making the sales associates out to be the reason for sales quotas not being met.

I would make sure the drivers were taken care of. Reason they take care of the customers not customer service. So in that i would make sure customer service and the drivers were on the same page. Customers always first, but with bad back up for the drivers shipments are late and or have drivers that dont care.

Start by making sure my workers are comfortable doing the job there assigned to do with no problems because if the workers is uncomfortable he or she isn't going to give it there all.
