Numerous phone interviews followed by numerous face to face interviews followed by verbal offer followed by written offer and then a month later I finally went to new hire orientation. They are extremely slow. You will not have a computer or be able to actually do work for weeks after you start. Nothing is a priority when it comes to getting a new hire functional. There is NO training; you get all your peers two cents for training.
