It was over the phone, asked some basic questions like any other interview and talked about the job and what they require from the employees.

Numerous phone interviews followed by numerous face to face interviews followed by verbal offer followed by written offer and then a month later I finally went to new hire orientation. They are extremely slow. You will not have a computer or be able to actually do work for weeks after you start. Nothing is a priority when it comes to getting a new hire functional. There is NO training; you get all your peers two cents for training.

Average type of process with too many unnecessary steps making it more than it needed to be.

Lengthy, very slow, almost impossible to have any updates

That would depend on the department and hiring manager.
