We invest in your ongoing career development with courses available through our learning hub and the opportunity to participate in leadership development programs, as well as networking events to promote career mobility for all employees, and paid internship programs for the next generation of RBC employees.

Helping you live well

Our in-house wellness program encourages employees to adopt healthy lifestyles, by rewarding healthy behaviour with credits for a personal Wellness Account that can be used for wellness-related expenses (like gym memberships). We’ve also launched the "RBC Blueprint for Mental Health and Wellbeing" that sets out our vision for promoting the mental health and well-being of all employees.
