The hiring process at RBC is very well structured. First, the applicants are reviewed, then selected to be given online tests for the recruiter to determine if they are a good fit for the role. The right candidates are then interviewed and sometimes tested again on-site. Background checks and credit checks are required for the position as well as needed licensing. Selected candidates are given a tour of the facility during the final interview process before being told whether their candidacy is retained. As part of the onboarding process, applicants are trained and must successfully pass their training to be offered a hiring-contract.
