Managers don't care about anything as long as they get a paycheck.They don't praise hard working employees and they definitely don't take care of them. They think everyone is replaceable! Hire managers with great work ethics and help the company be more successful. They know their department is struggling because of their poor management skills but remain in denial because they know they won't get trouble. Not cool at all!

It depends on the position. Our stores are open from 10 am to 9 pm. Salesmen can be in before that to go over their reports. If you work in the warehouse, display, or delivery, you can start as early as 6 am. Our corporate offices are typically open from 8 am to 5 pm.

For hourly and salary associates, raises happen once a year around the first part of July. Yearly evaluations occur prior to that to determine what percentage increase each associate is eligible for.
