Political, poor communication and lack of opportunity

I had to beg for my 90 day review. There is poor communication from management. Low opportunity for advancement unless you are favored. If you don't have a coding cert. then reaching higher pay grades are not possible.

Good company to work for. The issue was retaining clients.

Good company, used many of my computer skills. Was useful and was easily able to accomplish my objectives. The only real issue was that it is a new company and the implementation of the integrated systems with clients caused a challenge and unfortunately, we were unable to retain those clients or implement in a time frame required for new clients.
