Call Center Representative in Ohio
on October 26, 2022
It all depends on what program you get put into. I jumped around form a couple different ones. My last one I was on for about 2 years, and it was VERY stressful and long hours. When we would call off sick, they would have you work due to no coverage. You call off for vacation they questioned it. It was rough. The company itself is great. Some parts of the company even treat everyone like family.

Events and times we came together made it feel like more than just a job , some management was good but some could care less about you or your needs outside of work

What is the best part of working at the company? The people at RDI everyone in office and behind the scenes were amazing and really cared about me as a person not just another head to answer calls they genuinely care about everyone and will do anything they can to help someone in need even just as little as passing out sweets or buying us food randomly or flying you across state or giving away cars to employees so that says a lot to me !!!They are also very involved in helping their community anyway they can!!What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Money!!! Hours were calculated to Mila-seconds if that's even a word but you get what I mean you better keep track of your hours. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Amazing honestly, I loved the people that work there. I loved what their culture was about. They were all about employees and making them better and helping our community. They truly do believe in treating everybody the same and helping anybody they can and they're slogan is earn well live well I mean that says it to me.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Going into work getting to take calls from people who truly needed help it wasn't no sales or anything like that that I did there. It was all medical, and I truly just got to help patients that genuinely needed us. It was very fulfilling but a difficult work day was going into work, sent down to your computer and pretty much there for eight hours interacted with supervisors, coworkers whatever, but other than that on the phone

Do not work here. Management does not help you grow and it’s not worth the pay . It was extremely stressful and the training is not helpful at all . A big old joke

Interview Questions

About my job related skills, and my job experience

Shared on July 22, 2022

They asked things like how strong I am on call, and they had me read a script to make sure I sounded well.

The interview process is performed in a group, so you must make yourself stand out but they ask normal call center questions. They are a research data company so customer service is important.
