Our niche is purchasing well-run, small to mid-size rental equipment companies along with strategic greenfield additions across the United States. Our purpose is to integrate all of our acquisitions as one company and add value by upgrading equipment inventories along with creating career path advancement for all of our employees.

We have over 30 locations in seven states and operate under several brand names: Midway Rental located in Montana, Pro Rentals and Sales in Idaho, Washington, Utah and Oregon, Aim High located in Colorado and Wyoming, Excavator Rental Services in Oregon and Washington, and Black Mountain Rental in Wyoming.

REIC was established in 2014 by founder Kevin Fitzgerald. His vision was to have a platform where rental equipment companies could benefit from being part of a larger corporation while maintaining their local presence.

Rental Equipment Investment Corp financially supports small rental equipment businesses, makes sure jobs stay in the community, and the local feel remains consistent. By becoming part of the Rental Equipment Investment Corp family, smaller rental companies have access to the resources to upgrade and expand within their communities. We believe it is essential to maintain the culture and management of each company in order to continue their growth within the local market.

Waste of time and effort
Nice customers, that's it. No management, no discipline, no respect or teamwork from most other employees. Most co-workers are lazy and disrespectful, often bossing around, complaining about, and even threatening other employees. With no one in charge it's no wonder the building is falling down, unorganized, and everyone hates each other.
