Waste of time and effort

Nice customers, that's it. No management, no discipline, no respect or teamwork from most other employees. Most co-workers are lazy and disrespectful, often bossing around, complaining about, and even threatening other employees. With no one in charge it's no wonder the building is falling down, unorganized, and everyone hates each other.

With six different brands under the REIC parent company I interacted with everyone and all employees were very helpful and supportive.The company is a great place to work and advancement is encouraged by management. Benefits are great.
