The worst ABA company that I have ever come across!
A typical day at work for a BCBA involves going in to work with clients 1 on 1. This company employs BCBAs to work in positions that should be for Registered Behavior Technicians; direct implementation of plans. Data is often graphed by someone external who has no clue what is going on with the clients.
