Great benefits but mindless drone working

The workplace culture is that you are not paid to think, only to execute what senior management sets as goals. Workplace feedback such as yearly reviews is non-existent unless mistakes are made, then they are happy to let you know what you did wrong. While the health insurance and retirement are amazing, time off and raises are slow coming.
