Direct Care Worker in Traverse City, MI
on June 28, 2021
RLLSERVICES are dedicated to its Clients and Staff. Like any other business especially in the field of Home Healthcare it sometimes is a seemingly impossible task. But Management does not give up on making sure Clients and Staff are equally cared for.

They do not interview in person nor do they even use a video call to interview. The training is terrible and they do not pay you unless you call them out for it. There is no in-person training and they send very unqualified individuals into people’s homes to provide care for individuals with high needs. They do not respect your personal time and demand you continually train during the first month in spite of family or other obligations.

Direct Care Staff in Grand Rapids, MI

I hated this job. The office staff and management were very unprofessional and the corporate office was only concerned about getting money from clients. Training was not effective and lacked needed to know information.

The UP branch is small but growing which makes it a perfect place to work with great opportunity for advancement. Flexible and willing to work around your life.
