RN Staff Nurse in Lancaster, SC
on August 18, 2022
They will overpromise and underdeliver. They treat the nurses like they are just robots to fill a position. Bonuses, promotions, and endless promises are made to get you to work an extra shift, but once the shift is over, those promises are somehow forgotten. Nurses are putting their licenses in jeopardy with nurse to patient ratios and they are never staffed. The retention rate of employees is high. This is a place that will try to lure you in with money , but a nursing license is priceless! Horrible environment!

Your underpaid and unappreciated. Pay is less than market value. The CEO seems treats employees unfairly. Avoid this place and go somewhere else where you are appreciated. High turnover rate.
Charge Nurse in Lancaster, SC
on May 24, 2022
Rebound is severely understaffed. On any given night there is only one nurse and 60 plus patients. No policies, procedures or safety standards in place. Patients are held longer than necessary based on Medicare/Medicaid coverage. It’s hard to get a provider to come in at night to see a patient, even if that patient is in crisis. No real medical equipment or training. If you value your nursing license, do not work here.

It’s a fun place to work but it can be stressful. You will learn a lot and there is good job security. Co workers are amazing and makes the stress better.

Toxic leadership& employees are allowed to run the company and make clinically unsound decisions at the expense of their ethical and morally sound employees. It’s a sad day for the patients when the workers are under staffed and worked to the point of perpetual exhaustion. No breaks, no time to even think about anything else. Pay is decent but with everything you do it’s worth another $10-$15/hr. Food is very good. There are people who do indeed care a lot about treating patients and helping them heal, however I would never let a family member or friend go to Rebound.
