Going to work, no two days were the same because the lack of training and consistency individuals were doing a variation of duties based on what was shown to them when they were going through their orientation "training". It was a matter of you never knew what to expect and that's not healthy for the worker or the population you are serving.

No good they have 4 lead tech. That walk around all day on there phones its suppose to be a no phone policy they do what they want to writing people up for nothing they are very childish you don't have one to go to and talk all of them are buddy buddy you say anything everybody mad at you so they try to make up stuff on you to write you up liked the pts. And money co workers are a kill joke it would be an ok place to work if they get rid of all the lead techs and put someone in the positions that don't no anyone that can be fair the lead techs never on the floors somewhere on there phone or asleep take company vehicle go get food run errands did come back sit in breakroom all day they have lost a lot of good techs because of there lead techs.
