Wonderful rehab director, but horrible upper management. Constant miscommunication between upper management and skilled workers. Seemingly the only thing that matters is productivity. They do pay well, but not enough for the stress most will endure.

Lack of leadership, very few know what is going on, no one is cross-trained for jobs and suddenly when someone leaves they expect you to know how to do their job. Very little recognition of a job well done, but quick to tell you when things are not. Too many people trying to cut your throat. Run..don’t look back. Very inconsistent!
COTA/L (Former Employee) – Biloxi, MS – May 1, 2019
The worst rehabilitation coordinator I have encountered in 30 years of practicing. RC was rude to employees. Walked through the halls being loud. Allowed three therapist to treat one patient at the same time. Terrible team work!!
Wellness Director (Former Employee) – Bruce, MS – March 30, 2019
Reconnect therapy in Bruce, MS has a great community of members. The members of the gym are very open to learning new skills and passionate about fitness. The other people that I worked with are very easy to get along with and willing to help however they can.
Never know whats going to happen from one day to the next with your job,no job security.
OTR (Former Employee) – TN – August 29, 2018
Very disappointed in every aspect with this company. Felt they said one thing and do complete opposite. They are not supportive of staff or patient needs. Say they have Christian values but havent seen them. Never have i been so hurt or disappointed in a company.
No breaks, push productivity, no supplies, no support
I am still present working as a PRN/SLP as needed Speech Pathologist for Reconnect Therapy.

HR/Accounting/Recuriter (Former Employee) – Tupelo, MS – October 6, 2017
The president wants immediate results no matter what it takes. The day was stressful and demanding. The hardest part was the demanding pace of work. Management was nice but the real owner and his party is unfair and manipulative.
This a decent company, however immediate managers, such as rehab directors are very cunning and liars. One in particular enjoys stirring up contention on a daily. One of the directors micromanage and is very temperamental, you never know what each day will bring
