I wouldnt consider feeling sick to your stomache,, headaches, dreading to go to the office, vindictive incompetent and fake management a benefit. Thats about all you get.

They have a variety of benefits, quite expensive though. Of course, if you are a per visit employee, you will be forced to do all visits and admits that come in because you “need to meet your points” so you will be working late into the night most days.

Full time employees have the option to elect Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA dependent care and medical, HSA, life, ltd, std, cancer, accident, medical bridge and critical illness. This is the first company I have worked for where premiums have not increased year over year for Medical--my premiums have been the same for 3 years. There is also PTO, sick, float and paid holidays. There is a 401K with a company match. Looking at other healthcare companies offerings they are the best.

If you are an hourly nurse you receive Full-time benefits after 30 hours a week. Paid time off: sick time, vacation time, personal time, and paid holidays. Health benefits are great if you are single. I have done some homework, the best benefits offered in comparison by far.

There are not any benefits offered as registered nurse if you have less than 24 clients a week. This number is never reached and they purposely do this to avoid giving benefits. They also tell you that mileage is reimbursed....What they don't tell you is you have to subtract 50 miles every day on your mileage sheet which turns out to be nothing if you are part time.

The company offers full time at 30 hours which is different than most companies I have worked for. This allows for health, dental, vision, life, std,ltd, cancer, critical illness, accident as well as PTO, holiday, sick and ceu. All employees full time or not are eligible for 401k on day 1 that has a company match.
