The most toxic, unprofessional office I had ever worked for. The clinical manager would put nurses in sketchy situations just to have another client.. They spent time having 2 hour lunches in the office but when you called the team coordinator to see if she could call the me office for you--she would text you the number. Thanks.

Worst place I have ever worked. Unethical, unorganized, daily threats, treats their employees like trash back stabbing-throw you under the bus culture. Really fun.

Toxic. Chaotic. Deceptive. All they do is push their mission statement and ICare, which is a joke because the company shows the exact opposite.

The office is supportive and flexible when the Client Care Coordinators help me with my hours. I didn't think I would like coming to the nurse meetings but I do love it. We learned so much in our last meeting. It helps me realize I am part of a team. Thanks Recover Health. I think the culture is great.

It is a horrible place to work. The St Cloud office is run by management that does not support the mission statement, does not communicate effectively and are overall rude. Turnover in staff is unbelievable but corporate/owners will not figure out who and what are the main issues and fix them. Run....

Working at Recover Health is all about delivering on the mission. Delivering quality care to clients, being respectful of one another and being part of something greater than ourselves is the experience. Navigating the changing economic and political landscape of healthcare in general can pose its own challenges but the company does a good job of balancing those to meet the needs of the clients and employees. I appreciate that if I have thoughts or opinions I can reach out and express those. I emailed our CEO and he picked up the phone and called me to talk about my comments. Like any job, every day can be different and some more challenging than others but the opportunity to help others in a 1:1 way makes everyday worthwhile.
