Pay rates are good for most positions but benefits are poor. Time off is about half of the industry norm for human services in Massachusetts. Time off is also one of the greatest benefits that set this field against others where you can make similar money for half the stress.

If you can stay incident free for awhile you should be good. Those sites will always be hard to staff, Westminster area is always short on licensed talent. Plenty of other places to work in Danvers.

I applied about a month before I received a call about a phone interview. Once I got the initial call, my phone interview was the following day, and an in person interview the day after. A second in person meeting was made for the following week and from there I was hired. All in all, just over 1 month.
