I proudly tell all kinds of people - family, friends, strangers. I carry cards and hand them out even when not working when needed.

Totally Embarrassed, I do not tell anyone I work there, instead I say that I work "at a rehab." It makes me sick to be affiliated with the place based on how unethical they are, so I'm leaving.
