Primary Therapist (Current Employee) – Tucson, AZ – August 27, 2018
Working at RIM is one of the best experiences I have had in this field. As a therapist I am treated with respect by all staff members. There is no competition for who is right or wrong, and my professional opinion is respected. Each staff member is treated with equal respect which allows us to work in a competition free environment where true teamwork can exist. I've often wondered if this kind of environment could truly exist because most of the facilities I have been were highly competitive, where clinical decisions were made by administrators who had no firsthand experience with the clients, where decisions were most often made for financial reasons. I have seen many clients harmed as a result of that kind of leadership, and my heart still aches for some of them. At RIM I respect administration, I respect my co-workers, I respect them all for their knowledge and contribution to the team. I am home. Finally.
Teamwork, healthy happy atmosphere, supportive and respectful administration
Therapist Master’s Level (Former Employee) – Tucson, AZ – November 20, 2017
Positive work place and recovery from addiction is the number one goal. Willing to explore new ideas. I learned to work as a team player. The most enjoyable part was watching clients obtain sobriety. The culture helping clients achieve there goals. Client would have to attend 12 step meetings and obtain a sponsor.
Overnight Support Staff (Former Employee) – Tucson, AZ – April 13, 2017
I loved my job, that is working with the clients. I worked overnight to avoid the politics of the management. Most of the employees were friends of the management and all former drug or alcohol abusers. They had a lot of heart but no understanding of how to run a business.
