Pay is low
Supervisors are awesome. Lots of overtime is available which makes up for the low pay. Pay is too low considering the hazardous materials that come across the conveyor belt.

Small Company with Big Issues
First of all I’d like to say that I enjoyed my time working for recycling industries even though the owner is a bit difficult to deal with at times. I had to bring up my 90 day review multiple times and never received it. I was told new equipment was coming multiple times through the year and nothing came. Hourly Pay
They need to raise hourly pay hourly pay is considered low now since the gas prices are up and overall everything has been raising up. once they rise hourly pay. may consider working there but overall wouldn't work there for 16, should except 20-30

Always scrambling, money driven
Management only cares about looking their pockets and covering their butts if there is an issue. They claim to care but blame everyone around them and never take accountability or give workable hours. Employees are expected to work even if suck or if conditions and reappointment is not safe.
