If you like taking care of dogs, this is a great option! I had a great time working there. You build a really good relationship with the pups and it's hard to frown while you work there. Even if I wasn't in the best of moods going into work, they always seemed to cheer me up while I was there. The dogs don't act out much, and if anything breaks out, the team enters the room immediately to help you. Training isn't too difficult, you just watch videos and take quizzes to test your knowledge on how to break up scuffles, train the dogs, and read their body language. A typical workday consists of opening the rooms by letting dogs out of their crates, and cleaning up after them (like their waste, fur, and left-over food). Theres a morning, mid-day, and closing shift, the earliest being 5:30 am. The cleaning is probably the most difficult part of the job, but you get used to it really fast.

This company is so incompetent it is staggering. They are growing very fast yet they cannot handle or staff the locations they currently have. The people in management positions are a joke and neither know how to do their jobs nor how to manage people.

Excellent work culture. Everyone works as a team to reach shared goals and company vision. Safety is #1 for all daycares and everyone truly focuses on the dogs' well being- first and foremost. They also support charity events/contributions to sponsor support dogs for Veterans.Management is open to and encourages feedback/ideas to support our mission of providing a safe, reliable and fun experience for all dogs. It is amazing to work for a company that listens to my ideas and supports my growth- this builds and reinforces staff morale and team connectivity. All in all, a terrific and warm place to be- working hard does not feel like work when you are making a positive difference for pets, families, and veterans.

What a great team to learn from on how to run a successful business as well as care for dogs! It’s hard work- but in the good way- you learn, get to put new ideas into practice and be with dogs! What could be better?

I have worked for other companies and I have never felt the sense of belonging and support that I have been given here. WE ARE A TEAM!!The support is consistent throughout the ranks.
