In this position you are really dependent on your coworkers around you. If you have a good PM and great coworkers you will really enjoy work and excel at what you are tasked with. However, if you are stuck on the opposite side of the spectrum then life can become pretty monotonous.

Limited advancement and expect 60-70 hours per week worked. Minimum raises. Minimum training. Small bonuses. Be prepared to give your life to the company.

Long hours in the heat, cold, rain etc. Rain or shine the jobs gotta get done. Too many stores per rep they expect you to have all 100+ of your stores set to company standards but somehow expect you to get it done in 20 minutes.

I enjoyed working for Red Bull as an account sales manager for 10 reasons. 1. You are always learning because dealing with people is complicated.2. You get to travel and explore your local city. 3. Great skillset to have for any position in life for instance knowing how to enroll people, create win wins for both sides, negiotiating, soft skills.4. Sales folks are often the highest paid (highest ceiling) out of any organization for the top 20% of performers. (Pareto's law).5. If you are good you will never going to be without a job.6. You are often celebrated everywhere for the wins.7. Ultimately a fun job if you have a clear vision and goals as to why you are in sales.8. Mentoring and coaching is great.9. Unlimited opportunities and the ability to change verticals.10. It requires a lot of strategic thinking and complex sales can give you a rush and is fulfilling.

Been in this company for a while now and I have to say every year it just seems to get worse, it's a very toxic work environment. We have very high turnover rate, you're expected to do everything with no support. The management is too busy sitting in the office not supporting it people in the field, they make their decisions based upon what they see in a computer and not was actually going on in the market, Red bull has a very bad stigma with many Large Format accounts, even when you are called out for displays they won't give you the spot and management blames you. They talk about work-life balance but they actually don't care, they're making ridiculous size routes. I'll making sure my area is to standards while others get back at good time but there territories look terrible. Do yourself a favor, you probably think this company is a big party I'm here to tell you it's never been a party once it never will be, it's a lot of work one of their big pieces is that asm's are the main effort you will be the only effort.
