If you were in charge, what would you do to make Red Bull a better place to work?
Proper staffing to deal with the increased demand. Too many Account Sales Managers and Sales Trainees put in 10 to 12 hour days. 50 to 60 hour work weeks divided by the ridiculous base pay is not very motivating. Volume goals have become outrageously high per route. Many drivers only see a fraction of their volume pay each month because they did not hit volume goal which drastically decreases pay. Some DSMs are not very insightful or helpful with hitting these goals like they used to be. Used to be a team effort.Asked November 20, 2019
