Server (Former Employee) – Plymouth, MI – April 24, 2018
I worked at Red Olive during my senior year of high school, and did not enjoy my time there. It was similar to any of the coney islands in the area where the tips are small and the food comes out fast. But, I did not enjoy the management when I worked there.
Programmer (Former Employee) – Sandy, UT – December 18, 2017
I know most people come here for dirt on a company from past passive aggressive employees, sorry to disappoint. However, I did leave RO for another opportunity. Time will tell if that was a smart move or not. What I can tell you is that I love the people and it was the first job that I actually wanted to go into work. I was mentored by some very talented folks and got to work on a diverse set of projects which clearly boosted my career potential.
The processes in place to QA work exist but they aren't consistent. They really need a full time employee dedicated to that. They're a small company, so I'll cut them some slack.
They really are a stellar agency, they treat you like family, and I'm glad they took a chance on me when no one else would.

N/a (Former Employee) – Draper, UT – December 15, 2017
Poorly managed, boys club, simple things weren't managed, incompetent employees put in Sr positions, no room for advancement if you weren't a friend of one of a few managers. Let several talented employees go to waste.
task at hand (Former Employee) – Utah – September 16, 2017
Communication and expectations need to be clearly defined. There is no HR to go to for concerns about equality. It was difficult to work without the right tools. The best part of this job was taking the clients dreams and making them a successful reality.
Loved fellow servers, was not respected by management or cooks
Server/Host (Former Employee) – Wixom, MI – May 30, 2017
I was pretty high up and well respected by a lot of the servers, even for being so young. I would train girls and handle situations when management was away. However the cooks had zero respect for us as women and management needed them, so they did nothing about it.
Waitress (Former Employee) – Southfield, MI – May 5, 2017
The waitstaff are really nice so are the managers. They are very helpful and help you to be the best at your job. I never went without answered questions, because I was helped every step of the way. The customers who come in are also very nice and not too difficult.
