Unless your desperate, don't work here

Always understaffed, never know if your gonna go home,because people come 2 hours late,or don't come at all..some of the staff is rude, especially on the girls unit..kids can't be kids on Grand..can't laugh,talk or breathe without getting yelled at..can't shuffle cards either because it aggravates one of the staff in particular..nothing for the kids to look forward too, no outings no nothing..noth...

unethical practices

thoroughly enjoyed what i did but management was very passive on toxic work environments fostered by other employees. some of the decisions we made in intake tethered on being unethical as we were encouraged to override the expert opinion of our resident physician. intake did not have a supervising therapist/ social worker. non of the case managers were certified in behavioral health.

Fun workplace but also hectic sometimes

Amazing staff and supervisors. Kids are amazing. Enjoy the routine that is set around here just wish we could be acknowledged a little better or more if we are doing a great job at paperwork, showing up on time or picking up extra shifts.
