Work & Life Balance

fun workpplace
I enjoy everything at my work. It is a fun place to work there. The co-workers treats you like family. I learned to not be shy just to be friendly with the guest.

management can be a little shakey sometimes but overall the foundation is there and conditions are very good. I have worked at places 10x worse so I enjoy red robin a lot. It of course can vary per person so you have to take into account every store is different.

Working at RR as a server is exactly what it sounds like. Everyone there is there for the money, and that's how they treat you as well. Management is alright but just very average in general.
Server/Server's Assistant in Greenville, SC

I’ve worked at Red Robin for almost a year and I have never worked in a place that had poorer management. Coworkers are great and the money is good. You have to be able to go deal with rude customers, being cussed at, not being appreciated for the hard work you do, and having to run around the restaurant while the managers are usually sitting in the office.

the manager was constantly on you about stuff that we couldn't control, had to complete tasks that belonged to the servers or serving assistants, people would not show up to work, leaving everyone who showed up with tons of work, super dirty and unclean, unpredictable hours and unreasonable expectations, also smelled like sewage in the back of the restaurant, wouldn't be allowed to go on break
