I was an assistant manager and the most stressful part was having our ten hour days turn into 14 hour days...sometimes 16. There is zero quality of life as a manger. I was with RR for six years and never got the recognition I deserved. Any concerns you have aren’t addressed properly. I guess I can’t speak for all locations other than my own. The move managers around way too often regardless of how you feel about it. I use to love working for the company but then realized my loyalty to RR was making me blind. The company cares more about hitting numbers and costs rather than their employees happiness and well being.

My interview was 15 minutes and I was hired on the spot. I think it helps that I told a personal story on my application and wore a nice black dress.

To add to this they do allow facial piercings and unnatural hair colors. Also you are allowed to wear modest shorts, skirts, and capris. (Servers) this was all added to new uniform updates the company did that l, for one, really enjoyed.

Yes, it is very fast paced and emotionally draining. Not to mention you have to carry trays with drinks and food.

I think it depends on how much they like you. They hired me on the spot so I just think it’s how much potential they see in you as a person & as a worker.
