I was an assistant manager and the most stressful part was having our ten hour days turn into 14 hour days...sometimes 16. There is zero quality of life as a manger. I was with RR for six years and never got the recognition I deserved. Any concerns you have aren’t addressed properly. I guess I can’t speak for all locations other than my own. The move managers around way too often regardless of how you feel about it. I use to love working for the company but then realized my loyalty to RR was making me blind. The company cares more about hitting numbers and costs rather than their employees happiness and well being.

Constant pressure from upper management, lack of staff and the company was changing to new programs which was also lot more pressure to perform the results company was expecting.I am completing this space because your system would not allow me to go forward even though I personally was satisfied with my answer to your question and I am not here to invest my time for some thing I am not interested in talking about. If I was happy working with this company then I would still be working there you folks need to change your parameter requirements instead of wasting my time
