Oklahoma's most marginalized communities are generally those who also lack resources and knowledge, many others don't. At Red Rock, you become familiar with the community via outreach, consumers you encounter, coworkers, and collaboration efforts. I saw substance abuse first hand and received a different understanding on working with individuals living - more... with addiction. The hardest part of the job depends on who you are and how you handle adversity and challenging individuals. I personally, enjoyed being able to instill hope back into the lives of those who felt they'd never have that. - less
