Paid health insurence, but it's not full coverage. PTO, but they hassle you if you try to use it. If a loved one dies, you are given 3 days off, depending on how "close" you were to them, and you have to show a death certificate. Very insensitive HR. Just to clairify, they "help" with costs by reimbursing you for things you've already paid for. However, with low pay it's very hard to afford to pay out of pocket; not to mention they deduct taxes. Don't be fooled, the benefits are very poor.

No it isn't a supportive workplace. As a regular employee you are made to feel less than especially from the upper management. The turnover rate is absolutely ridiculous not sure how they are even providing adequate care. Or actually they aren't because I seen it with my own eyes. How providers are giving medication to suicidal clients and then the client isn't returning for intake.
