Working here very much feels like I'm back in high school because everybody is constantly talking about everybody. I know that anything I say will be twisted around and spread throughout my team, so I just don't say anything. It's honestly just not a very good work environment. Most of the people are nice enough and I enjoy them, I just don't trust anyone there.

Paid health insurence, but it's not full coverage. PTO, but they hassle you if you try to use it. If a loved one dies, you are given 3 days off, depending on how "close" you were to them, and you have to show a death certificate. Very insensitive HR. Just to clairify, they "help" with costs by reimbursing you for things you've already paid for. However, with low pay it's very hard to afford to pay out of pocket; not to mention they deduct taxes. Don't be fooled, the benefits are very poor.
