Sales are required. Even when you met the sales goals the management would find a way NOT to pay your bonus. Claimed to be the leader in field for technology, i.e. kiosk, atm, online banking, etc. However, the kiosks, atm, phone system, etc. were frequently down/broke/not available - this caused very angry members that we had to handle face-to-face. Very difficult working conditions. Management said they have an open door policy - NOT true. I worked at RRCU for 2 years and there was a complete turn over in the teller line.
