The hiring process is rather quick, which is great for people looking for work ASAP. The hiring process consists of filling out an online application, a back round check, a drug screening, a phone interview and then an in person interview which typically includes a Mock Call scenario that will be assessed by the interviewer. From the time the online application is submitted to start date typically a new employee could start training within 10-30 days depending on background checks and new training class start dates.
