Phone screen, phone interview with manager and one 2 hour interview at the office to meet with various members of the team. Mine was not disorganized and happened in the time the recruiting manager informed me. It was very good!

There were 2 interviews; first was with the HR department and the second was with my supervisor and program manager. We talked about my position and what I would be doing.

Disorganized - Rescheduled multiple times, hiring manager didn't bother to call into interview. Based on their followup questions they made many inaccurate conclusions about me from my initial interview.
