Many different reasons for keeping or not keeping employee. All are told from start this is seasonal and will end in October. But they are looking to keep a set # of employees. Just to get the competitive juices flowing. Not really based on job performance. Staying on permanently is based on if you personality fits the group of pretending supervisors or lead drivers or employees that stand around and gossip about everything and everybody openly in office until that person walks in office. Feels like back in elementary school the way people isolate the kid not 😎 enough to join the gang. Just the nature of insecure humans.
