Redmond and Greer is a fantastic place to work if you are driven and willing to put in the work. As with any sales job, it has its highs and lows with the bulk of your compensation based on commission. It can be rewarding, stressful, fun, frustrating, exhilarating and all emotions in between; sometimes within the span of an hour or two. Your day consists of sitting at a desk and being on the phone for 2hrs+ a day. Calling independent pharmacies, introducing the company and trying to sell them generics. The industry is constantly in flux, with some things out of your control that prohibit you from getting the sale. Adversity, volatility, and triumph are constant themes. The culture is great, everyone is super friendly and willing to help from day 1. While competitive, you aren't competing with the people around you for the same business. You are surrounded by lots of Type As with strong personalities. You have to stick around a few months, and earn your stripes to be fully embraced into the sales floor family. Management could do a better job of training. As much as they teach you during the first week, nothing really prepares you for the phones and how reluctant people are to give you the time of day. The company is growing and changing rapidly. Old management is out, new management is in. With a company expanding so fast, there are occasional growing pains. Overall, its better than other sales jobs I have had, and the potential for incredibly(and I mean incredibly) high commission with little to no pharma experience is here. You will be successful if you are willing to grind out the first few months of No's, stay hungry, continue to learn and don't get a big ego when the checks start coming in.

Very pro-employee environment. I was friends with everyone in the office from peers to top management. They really do care about their employees. Best job I ever had.

Just like any sales job, you really reap the benefits when you put in the work. I love the environment, we work collaboratively to reach goals. Amazing perks like having breakfast and lunch catered twice a week and snacks and coffee offered every day. All in all, I love working here.

Interesting environment, ever-changing. A lot of opportunities to make a decent amount of money. You have to work hard for it. Training could've been more comprehensive.

This job consists of cold calling and account management, making it a decent starting level inside sales job. The day to day is manageable, but ultimately they are changing rapidly.
