Member facing employees are not compensated as well as non member facing employees. If you want a full filling career you need to go back stage. The MSR position is one of the most important positions and the pay is decent but not on par for what they do for the company. This is the only reason anyone would leave the company. The culture is very strong and it is a great company to work for. But if you don't have any kind of experience in any of the financial areas where you can go back stage then your career is going to stall.
