Health & Safety Supervisor in Nope
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! They SAY they are hiring you full time, but this is gig work. You’re hired for an immediate need, but as soon as that need wraps, you are unceremoniously out of work until the next gig IF one comes along. Their pay rates are not consistent and they frown on overtime. They are constantly changing the way they do things. There is no job security and the benefits are expensive and lousy. To those still employed...run!
Health and Safety Supervisor in Los Angeles, CA
The company was born out of another company that had been providing security services to the entertainment industry for over 20 years. The company set the standard to help get TV and Film production back to work and has worked on a number of large projects with many studios. The work is different than your normal health care but an exciting change. The biggest challenge is that you are at the mercy of the production that you are assigned to as for your working hours. Often can be long hours. It is pretty cool to know that you are making a difference in protecting people from the pandemic and helping to get new TV and Film content out in these challenging times. The company has been evolving over the last several months and work environment can be dynamic
Health & Safety Officer in Los Angeles County, CA
Worked here for a few months. There is no true training at all. You get thrown into jobs/productions without any guidence. This company seems to hire anyone with a pulse. It reminds me much of the ambulance companies that promise and never deliver. The pay is not bad, there is lots of over time and checks are nice and weekly. There is no guidence from management or supervisors, so if you work here don't plan on having any issues or questions because you will be on your own!

Covid compliance officer CCO Occupational health and safety FILM in Los Angeles, CA
Simply a new branch of a very solid established company. An amazing and new business endeavor into the current Covid climate in the film entertainment industry. Be willing to work independent and simply make a commitment for some very long days. Very well paid position. You immediately feel part of the team.
