Freedom and Growth

If you are looking for a company to grow with, this is the one. I am part of a company with new beginnings. I am seeing the growth monthly. Growth in units, employees, connections, development, careers and personal growth. Its been a short time, but I see big things happening and I want to be there when we are in the top 10.

Best company I have worked for.

Reep management has honestly been the best company I have worked for. They welcome you with open arms. One of the things that I am appreciative of the most is the owners. They are very involved and appreciate their employees. There is also room for growth.

I have been working with the company for 4 months.

Great working environment , great teams , and great mentors. I love that there is always someone there to answer questions when needed. There is always room for growth and promotion within the company.

REEP Management is a great Company as an employee not a number!

With over 20 years in the multifamily industry, I believe this is the most welcoming company I have worked for. All departments have assisted with open arms within the transitions with the communities and development of the systems. The leadership team is very supportive when you need assistance. If you have or need assistance other staff members will help when needed as a great TEAM has been built. If you see an opportunity for a position with REEP, take the stride and join REEP Management.

The owners and cooperate team are very involved, there is a connection between upper management and the apartment community staffs.

The upper management treats us like people first and workers secondary. We are empowered and trusted to do our jobs and meet regularly with upper management to ensure we have what we need to meet their goals for us. Great company with a caring culture. REEP has a way of keeping it fun for us to do our jobs, and rewarding even when we are challenged.

Great Company

I enjoy coming to work, especially the team I work with, we have been together for years. This company is family orientated and helps us thrive in our careers. I highly recommend REEP Management as your next step in your careers because we are only growing.

Great group of people!

I have worked for many companies during my 40 year career and it is nice to be in a working environment that's not so rigid. I was a bit concerned about making a transition from multi-family management to commercial building but my supervisor and co-workers welcomed me with open arms and have been extremely supportive!

I've been with the company for about 3 months. Now let me tell you! I have had such a great time. I've NEVER worked for a company where you have a staff that is in your corner working with you. Even helping you when you are needing it. LOADS of TEAMWORK and hands on environment / community. I know it may sound like smoke up the behind but I am thoroughly impressed.

Simply the best!!!

I have never worked for a company like REEP Management. As soon as I had my phone interviews, I knew this was a company I wanted to work for. Moving to San Antonio from Corpus Christi, I was nervous about making the right job choice for my family. But from the moment I stepped into the corporate office on my first day, I knew I had found my people. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. Even though I have only been here only 3 months, I already feel like family. Everyone at the corporate office is readily available if you have ANY questions or concerns. My fellow managers are all helpful and everyone gets along great. Even though I live 45 minutes away, I am actually happy on my drive to work every day and not dreading it like I have with some of the other companies I have worked for. If you are lucky enough to have an opportunity to work for REEP, jump on it!

Best Place to work

I truly love working for REEP. It's a great company I can honestly say It's my favorite job. Everyone is super friendly work culture is great and the company is growing extremely fast so there is lots of room for growth.

Great company!

I love everything about the company. Everyone is extremely helpful with assisting you with anything you may need. They are constantly adding to their portfolio of properties, which is always a great thing. And they truly believe in their team members and are always willing to promote when they see fit! Best management company I have worked under.

Best Company I Have Worked For!

Working for REEP has been amazing and rewarding. I finally found a company that truly cares for their employees. Also, there are many opportunities for growth, which is amazing. I definitely see myself staying long term.

Not worth it

There is no structure in the hiring process. If you don’t learn up to their speed/liking, they’ll fire you. They tend to move all employees/mgrs around, no job location is secure for too long. Be careful with management in any of their properties, they’re only there for a paycheck. Roaches, mice and bed bugs are found in every property, but they don’t want to hire another professional or pay more for better products in extermination. Don’t ever get sick or simply just need a personal day (death in family, doctors, etc.) because it’s inconvenient for them. I hope you consider asking how they handle mold reports from tenants or in “make ready” units. I wish HR enforced management to monitor women/men of the offices for harassment. Overall the workload is great and easy, meeting new people is a plus but the work environment is not worth it.

Productive Workplace

I have been with this company since they took over and they have helped me succeed in many ways. Reep management is great! Team Reep! I am the maintenance supervisor and will definitely be here long term until I retire!!!!

Love working for REEP

I have been working for REEP for about a year and a half and I am very happy with the company. I love that our company is very family-oriented. The company really cares about its employees. I would most definitely recommend REEP!

Assistant maintenance

I’m working for reep company for 2 weeks and it’s been amazing great experience with co-workers and the owners love working at knoll crest with the maintenance team can’t wait for Christmas party 😜👌🏾
