Regal San Bernardino is the worse, the VP there is a lunatic. She runs the place like a dictator. She is very unprofessional and people are scared to report her to HR. All of the managers there are horrible because she wont allow them to run their departments they way they want to. No room for growth

Interviewed with the OC manager at the Northridge campus for the temp Transition Expert role. The woman manager, inexplicably, had an angry awful attitude from the moment I walked in. It took me about 3 months from my initial contact with the HR recruiter to my first day on the job. I went back and fourth with the recruiter filling out paper work. I had an initial interview with the department managers where I was going to be working. After that I did a background check, drug test, and physical examination including a TB test. After that the list of references I provided was contacted. After that was completed, I was contacted by the recruiter and was told it would be about 2 weeks for the next orientation. I started the day after orientation.

I felt I was treated fairly while I worked for the company. It's like any corporate set up you get along with some and some you don't. I never had any issues with my co workers.
