Marketing and Operations, Wallingford, CT - June 15, 2015
Unfortunately this job is a company that bellieves it is bigger and better than it is. None of the people who are in charge there seem to ever agree on what to do and that makes the jobs of others harder. However, there were some benefits, since they were family owned they are family oriented. In any event the way I was laid off was what left me feeling betrayed. I was let go by someone who was neither an owner nor the spuervisor who hired me and there werenone of those people even their there that day. All things considered I enjoyed what I did and learning new skills, but the office politics and lack of any hope for advancement was the worst part.
