They should have shower team and help out the CNA. They should not let some nurses set down on their buts and help out., Nurses should not show they do like you and treat that CNA bad and if they like you they help that CNA out a lot. It should not be that way.

During the beginning of the interview is kind of different The question starts off with a scenario question. During any situation, you want to take care of the most critical situation first. This question was asked. But, does one "really" not take care of the most crucial situation first? Especially if you've had yrs. of training.

RN's as a whole are very compassionate, caring, understanding, and knowledgeable of their roles. With the exception of a few.
The team work amongst the STNA's is very poor. There seems to be a sense of competition for superiority and recognition at works. STNA's with poor work ethics and questionable skill related competencies needs to be addressed.
