The people who hear I worked there for 5 years are impressed by my commitment, or they think I should be committed to a mental hospital.

I felt proud that I was capable of performing a very skilled and busy job which was different every single day. The unit clerks were the glue that kept the entire nursing unit running by being organized and attentive to all that went on around them, they are the ones who run the nurses station and everyone depends on them for answers at all times. I enjoyed meeting a lot of professional people who were very skilled in their professions. A lot of the MDs who rounded on patients were so pleasant to work with and to get to know. I do miss them.
