At the facility level, applicants are typically interviewed by one or more hiring managers, given a tour of the facility, and able to ask questions regarding work/life balance, benefits, schedule, and expectations. Typically, performance evaluations are conducted on your employment anniversary date.
What is the vacation policy like at Regency Integrated Health Services? How many vacation days do you get per year?
It is based on your position and years of service. It accrues at an amount per the hours worked. You cannot use PTO for first 6 months, but you do get holiday pay immediately.
