The science. • Engineering Supervisor – Execute all daily operations of Engineering Department. • Sr. RF Engineering Technician – Troubleshoot and repair all product issues, train and mentor in house technicians. Design and build test fixtures for Production, Life Science, Eng. Departments and contract manufacturers. • R&D Development – Design and build experimental proof of concept, new products and develop prototypes for further Eng. and Life Science investigation / data acquisition, analysis, and continuous product improvement. • Product Accreditations and EMC Mitigation – EMC CISPR 11 Class A & B. IEC 60601-1-2-3 medical devices. UL approval. ISO 13485 practices. Intertech CE mark. • FDA 510K Process – Developed methods and provided data for four FDA 510K submissions. Provided FDA data for Verification and Validation approvals of medical devices and software. • Contract Manufacture – Train, assist and support contract manufacturers and contract design firms to produce parts and equipment that met company quality specifications and standards. Transfer to manufacture processes. • Other Duties – Technical writing of assembly instructions, calibration and test documents, and Engineering Change Orders (ECO). Specify, verify, validate and procure, obsolete / replacement parts. Materials manage lifetime buys for obsolete parts. Work with product manufacturers to perform and determine root cause analysis on failed product. Specify and demo capitol equipment purchases.
