But you won’t get to use and be forced to cash ppl out because they are so short staffed

It really depends on your position. Typically raises are supposed to happen annually, however admin made the decision to not give raises to several groups this year due to the high cost of the new EMR system that was implemented that caused the company to be over budget. A good friend hasn’t had a raise in 4 years, so there are really no guarantees. If you’re clinical, you will most likely get an annual raise, administrative/support staff depends on administration deductions.
