Worst place I’ve ever worked

Regions Facility Services has a very hostile work environment. Very small company and run the same. Owners work at the location and run every aspect of the company which is a conflict of interest. Training and compensation were nonexistent. Entire leadership team needs to be replaced. Everyone works against each other because everyone is fighting for their positions. Owners make up positions within the company for friends and family. Very “small town” and not professional at all.

over night renovation of various facilities. work from tile and grout, mold remediation, drywall and stainless steel upgrades, equipment swap outs. plenty of training
